This notice describes how ProcuraBridge processes the limited personal data collected through the pilot form and product demo.
Purpose and legal basis
The pilot form lets ProcuraBridge respond to your enquiry and follow up about pilot participation. Processing is based on the consent given on the form, which you may withdraw at any time by writing to contact@procurabridge.com. The guest product demo uses an opaque session identifier and does not require your name or email address.
Data collected
The pilot form collects your name, work email, organisation, role, optional message and consent. The demo uses a session identifier and fictional records. Limited technical identifiers are used to prevent abuse.
Retention
Pilot enquiries are retained in the service for 90 days, then deleted. Residual copies may remain for up to 32 further days in restricted backups. Demo sessions expire after two hours; technical abuse-prevention records are cleared after their operational window.
Recipients
Data is hosted in France by OVHcloud. Only authorised members of the ProcuraBridge team can access enquiries. OVHcloud acts as hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertes. To exercise any of them, write to the address below; we answer within one month.
